Second round of 6.1 fixes
Agent users were not seeing the “Edit” links for repeating fields Change so that copying an archived form will send email notifications if enabled to the other participants

First 6.1 fixes uploaded last night
Api/ProcFromAdd and Api/ProcFormEdit were failing in some processes. Some fields were incorrectly being reported as being repeating in processes where repeating fields is disabled, resulting in the fields being hidden.

We always update the internal RPM deployment we use for CRM with new versions first.
