Fix last night

We uploaded a fix last night for actions

1. Adding an action with & in the last word would not show anything after that in Internet Explorer. Example: “Added quote for AT&T” would show as “Added quote for AT”.
2. Actions listed on a form page now respect the user preference for date sorting which is default newest on top.
3. Actions now indicate if they are hidden without having to click and open them.
